The Constitution of Room 205 Article I: The Legislative Branch
Section 1: Number of Representatives
6 people shall make the laws of this country.
Section 2: Selection of Representatives
The Legislator will be elected by a fair vote from each row. So, that means that there will be a reprasentative from each row that could be elected.
Section 3: Term of Service
Legislators shall serve a term of 2 months years.
Section 4: Age and Citizenship
In order to serve in the legislature, a person must be born in the United States and attended the room 205 for at least two weeks, and have to be 13 years of age.
Citizenship Requirements:
Section 5: Representation of States
We will have a representative from each row in the classroom.
Section 6: Impeachment of the President
The percent of legislators that must vote in favor of removing the president is 80%.
Section 7: Salary of Legislators
Legislators shall be paid the sum of 1 homework pass per year.
Section 8: Legislative Quoram
The sum of 4 members legislators must vote in favor of a "bill" before it becomes rule.
Section 9: Involvement of the president in the making of laws
The President of room 205 will have the wright to make most of the rules as long as the rule isn't harmful to the students or defending them in any way. Otherwise the President shall have to remove that rule.

Section 1: Length and Limits of Presidential Term
There should be 3 months in term for the President. A new President shall be elected every 3 months because that wouldn't be fair to other students that would like to be elected for president. Room 205 should be an equal place for everyone of all different races, and all different sizes.

He/she should be chosen by a vote from the people in room 205. That way it is a fair process that won't turn in to a problem.

The President should be 13 years old, and he/she had to be part of room 205 for 2 weeks.

The President shall be paid the sum of 1 homework pass per year.
